Introduction to the MyPlate Resources

The US Department of Agriculture has done an excellent job creating resources to teach students about the basics of nutrition. However, there is so much available that it can be hard to find the materials that are the most useful. The following links are the resources I have pulled together on this topic to create fully online self-paced lessons.

    The MyPlate SuperTracker is a website that allows you to track and understand your food and physical activity choices. Students can create a profile and find personalized information. Or, if they don't want to give their personal information they can view general plans.
