The MyPlate SuperTracker is a website that allows you to track and understand your food and physical activity choices. Students can create a profile and find personalized information. Or, if they don't want to give their personal information they can view general plans.

This page provides a PowerPoint quiz to use with students on MyPlate topics. I have adapted this in different ways throughout the year to include more or less information, but this is a great starting point resources to build a variety of activities.
This page provides an introduction to the MyPlate framework and links to more information on each of the categories. I use this as a starting point for my students to learn about the framework as well as more in depth information about each of the categories of food.
