A Crecer: Teaching ESL Students Nutrition

Let's face it- nutrition is important! We have to teach our students at a very young age the importance of eating healthy and choosing healthy foods over unhealthy foods for longevity. How exactly can teachers do this in the ESL classroom without compromising learning standards? This guide aims to provide educational resources that highlight the importance of nutrition and provides a series of activities teachers can implement to do so.
