You can't go wrong with free stuff! These open house goodies are cute and absolutely free so even if you don't use them this year, you can save them for the next. I think her different stations are a great idea to keep things organized and prevent traffic jams from occurring.

I purchased this on Teachers Pay Teachers, and I loved it! It was such a hit with my parents, and I enjoyed having something more creative than just a handout. The bright colors matched perfectly with my theme. However, if you do not have extra time, I would not advise this approach. there is a lot of printing, paper cutting, and stapling to be done here. It took me about 7 hours to complete everything from start to finish.
