I love this resource, which has simple but so pointed advice for all of us including: 1) get to work on time; 2) make a daily task list; 3) avoid office socializing; 4) avoid long personal calls during work time. If we could break down our day to every minute wasted, theses simple tips would free up so much time we wouldn't have to spend lesson planning or grading at home.
